North American Bison at the African Lion Safari (Cambridge, ON).
Taken with my Nikon D60, kit lens, through glass. I've been having a horrible time focusing this lens - I just can't seem to get it right! It doesn't help that at Safari I only have a few seconds to come up with the shot. My objective with post was to eliminate the effects of the glass windows and to bring out the colours (spring in ontario starts with VERY dull colours). --- I liked the idea of the single male off by himself. I'm not sure it's my favourite photograph though. M. |
